A little kids-only Clip ‘n Climb session: fun and adventure in the Clip ‘n Climb Arena, followed by Soft Play and fun in The Nook! 🎨

In order to keep the children safe, an adult must join them on the session. You will be able to play with them in the Arena and in the Soft Play, but some areas will be out of action as they’re not suitable for the little one!

Age: This session is suitable for children aged 3-5 years old (must weigh no less than 10kg)
Accompanying Adults: Toddlers must be accompanied by an over 18 year old at a 1:1 ratio. One toddler to one adult.
Open Session: this is an open sessions so you will be joined by other participants.

10:30am – Arena session
11:30am – Soft Play and fun in The Nook
1:30pm – finish
What to wear: Please ensure your child is wearing comfortable clothing to climb in, including well fitting trainers/shoes. Wellies, soft boots and open-toed shoes are not suitable for this session.
It is an industry requirement to complete an acceptance of risk form before you can participate in one of our exhilarating activities. The waivers must be completed individually for anyone over 18, participants under 18 will need to be added as a minor to an over 18.
Forms are valid for 1 year.
To save you time, Freedog has an electronic form, which instantly uploads to our booking in system. We advise that you complete the form before coming to the centre.

In exceptional circumstances a voucher may be offered in place of a refund for last minute cancellations. Please be aware that party slots are usually impossible to re-sell last minute so no refund or voucher is likely to be offered.
Please arrive at your booked session time you do not need to arrive earlier than this. Our session times allow for check-ins and any relevant safety briefings before you go onto the activity. *You must attend a briefing at the start of your session . We only run one brief per session. If you miss your briefing we may not have the staff available to run one specifically for late comers as we are preparing for the next group. *Excludes Soft Play and After School sessions.

Parking: We have 53 parking spaces plus 3 disabled spaces, there is some off street parking too!
What to wear: we recommend long sleeves and leggings / tracksuit trousers. But whatever you would wear to a gym class should be fine. Please be aware, external temperatures influence the temperatures inside the centre; if it’s cold outside we may be cold inside and layers are recommended. Some of our slide facilities can cause friction burns, this is rare but it is best to cover skin where possible.
Lockers: We have free to use cage lockers close to reception. Customers must bring their own padlock to secure these. However we do not take responsibility for your valuables. Ideally do not bring anything of significant value to the centre.
Café: We have a great café serving coffee, cake, sandwiches, hand-pulled pizza, soft drinks. (Pizzas only served on weekends and during school holidays)
Disabled access: there is “step-free” access to the reception and ground floor, café and some seating.
