Birthday Parties at the ALL NEW Freedog Arena, designed for kids (5+) and bigger kids (and even adults) alike!
All parties start with an hour of adventures to tire out the party goers, then it’s into your own personal party room to enjoy your freshly-made pizza from our dedicated pizza oven. You’re also welcome to buy extra snacks and drinks from our café on the day or bring your own additional food with you! You can stay in the room for up to 45mins after the activity, so plenty of time to open presents and eat!

It is an industry requirement to complete a safety waiver before you can participate in one of our exhilarating activities. The waivers must be completed individually for anyone over 18, participants under 18 will need to be added as a minor to an over 18 waiver.
Waivers are valid for 1 year.
WE WILL EMAIL YOU WITH A WAIVER TO FILL OUT CLOSER TO THE DATE – PLEASE FIILL IT OUT PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT.
Refund Policy:
Full refund with more than 72hrs notice
50% refund with 48hrs notice
You are not entitled to a refund with less than 48hrs notice
In exceptional circumstances a voucher may be offered in place of a refund for last minute cancellations. Please be aware that party slots are usually impossible to re-sell last minute so no refund or voucher is likely to be offered.
Please arrive at your booked session time you do not need to arrive earlier than this. Our session times allow for check-ins and any relevant safety briefings before you go onto the activity. *You must attend a briefing at the start of your session . We only run one brief per session. If you miss your briefing we may not have the staff available to run one specifically for late comers as we are preparing for the next group. *Excludes Soft Play.

Parking: We have 45 parking spaces including 2 disabled space, there is some off street parking too!
What to wear: we recommend long sleeves and leggings / tracksuit trousers. But whatever you would wear to a gym class should be fine. Please be aware, external temperatures influence the temperatures inside the centre; if it’s cold outside we may be cold inside and layers are recommended. Some of our slide facilities can cause friction burns, this is rare but it is best to cover skin where possible.
Lockers: We have free to use cage lockers close to reception. Customers must bring their own padlock to secure these. However we do not take responsibility for your valuables. Ideally do not bring anything of significant value to the centre.
Café: We have a great café serving coffee, cake, sandwiches, hand-pulled pizza, soft drinks. (Pizzas only served on weekends and during school holidays)
Disabled access: there is “step-free” access to the reception and ground floor, café and some seating.
