FAQ - Freedog Swindon

You must be at least 5 years old to play at Freedog during open adventure times. Under 5s can enjoy the soft play.

No, you will need to have the waiver completed by a responsible adult before your visit.

There is a viewing platform that is great for watching people play or climb. We prefer not to fill up the activity areas with spectators but if you are accompanying someone who needs your support then we do allow a few spectators in the area. However they are not allowed onto the equipment.

You should arrive AT your start time, not early or late. Your time slot includes 30mins to get through reception, get your wrist band on, put your things away, get kitted up and briefed ready for the activity. If you arrive late it can be very difficult to get you through this on time and may mean that you miss your session completely. So if your slot is 11:00 to 12:30 please turn up at or just before 11:00.

No, we want everyone to enjoy their visit. Check out our Clip 'n Climb area or our great café serving coffee, cake, pizza and sandwiches.

You can book back-to-back sessions or you could do an adventure session followed by a Clip 'n Climb session.

We are located on the Kembrey Park Estate next to the Futsal (indoor football) centre. Visit our "find us" page for a map and directions.

When participating, we want you to be as comfortable as possible. With that in mind please wear what you like but remember, an hour on the equipment is like a gym session. You will need to purchase special grip socks at reception on your first visit.

We offer a discount to schools and organised groups such as scouts. Email us for more information. 

Yes, but under 12s must have an accompanying adult in the building at all times.

Our General Refund Policy is as follows: full refund with more than 72hrs notice, 50% refund with 48hrs notice, no refunds with less than 48hrs notice. In exceptional circumstances a voucher may be offered in place of a refund for last minute cancellations. Please be aware that party slots are usually impossible to resell last minute so no refund or voucher is likely to be offered.

You have to wear our Freedog safety socks at all times whilst in the adventure area, no other socks are to be worn whilst on our equipment.
